YOUR ROLE
Working from our Melbourne office, your role will include:
- Work closely with the Offensive Security Services Team to set-up projects as per contract terms and statements of work (SOW) ready for resource allocation and timesheet tracking.
- Manage project timeline and resource adjustments as necessary.
- Liaise with Finance to ensure invoicing is ready and accurate as per agreed schedules and milestones.
- Assist in the development of Project Delivery processes to ensure successful outcome of delivery for our clients.
- Report on Project Status and Project Monitoring on a weekly basis to ensure projects are actively managed and delivered in a timely manner.
- Raise project risks and issues with department leads for timely escalation and resolution.
- Work collaboratively within the Project Management Office (PMO) Team to resource and manage your allocated projects.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:
- Experience reading and interpreting contracts/SOWs
- Proficiency with project management related systems/tools
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task conflicting activities to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable working with and managing multiple stakeholders
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- An adaptable and flexible mindset and collaborative team player
