We are looking for someone passionate about project management and who thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail ensure that projects stay on track and exceed expectations.


Requirements

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage day-to-day delivery of the service transition project. 
  • Manage customer expectations on scope, timeline and dependencies, and keep clients, project managers and account managers informed on status. 
  • Establish priorities to meet timeline and pipeline, setting priorities where engagements compete for the same people. 
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary technology teams for fast delivery clients.
  • Coordinate documentation, asset and licence registers and runbooks, facilitate knowledge transfer into the service desk and BAU teams, and run formal handover and hypercare.
  • Manage project support work to deliver solutions and capabilities to meet client requirements. 
  • Offer specified administrative support to projects to ensure effective assistance. 
  • Manage and track all project financials. 
  • Manage and track all project invoicing. 
  • Assist PMO with financials, RAID reporting and tracking.
  • Own and update Tracking spreadsheet including rundown tasks.

What You'll Bring:

  • Certification or degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field desirable.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within an MSP environment.
  • Confidence chairing meetings with both technical teams and customer executives, and managing expectations when a timeline moves. 
  • Proven ability to follow up and ensure tasks move to completion with GREAT customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written communication. Status reports, minutes and customer facing communications that require no rework. 
  • Demonstrated experience of growing and fostering brilliant team and client relationships.
