Job Description- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major enterprise data migration and transformation program.
- Manage multiple workstreams, delivery teams, risks, issues, dependencies, and program outcomes.
- Drive program planning, execution, migration readiness, cutover activities, and transition to business-as-usual operations.
- Manage complex cross-program and cross-divisional dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to align priorities and resolve delivery challenges.
- Oversee data migration activities, including data lineage, data dependencies, migration sequencing, reconciliation, and legacy platform decommissioning.
- Provide high-quality program reporting, insights, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Manage program financials, including budgets, forecasts, actuals, and resource planning.
- Ensure delivery milestones are achieved while minimising business disruption and operational risk.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformation programs with end-to-end delivery accountability.
- Extensive experience delivering complex data migration and data platform transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience managing data dependencies, lineage, cutover planning, and legacy platform decommissioning.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional, cross-program, and enterprise-wide dependencies.
- Strong program reporting, budget management, forecasting, and financial oversight capabilities.
- Experience with Google Data Platform (GDP) and cloud-based data environments highly desirable.
Desirable
- Insurance industry experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise data and analytics transformation programs.
- Exposure to Greenplum, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or similar modern data platforms.
