About This Role
As the Global Recruiting Program Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing recruitment tools and processes (e.g., Greenhouse, Modernloop, CrosschqHR, AI), addressing gaps in system governance and process consistency. Working closely with the recruiting team, you'll streamline workflows, ensure legal compliance, and centralize data collection and analysis. By providing actionable insights on staffing, turnover, and headcount planning, you’ll enable leadership to make informed, strategic decisions. This role supports recruiting leadership by enhancing efficiency, compliance, and workforce planning, allowing them to focus on high-impact priorities.

What you will be doing

Managing and Optimizing Recruitment Tools: Partner with Recruiting Leadership, Compensation, Total Rewards, and People Operations to optimize recruiting systems like Greenhouse, Modernloop, and CrosschqHR. Oversee tool updates, renewals, and decision-making processes to enhance system efficiency.

Training and Enablement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, provide training to recruiting leaders and hiring managers on system capabilities, and share best practices to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Project Management and Process Improvement: Lead recruitment-related projects, document workflows, and implement process enhancements to address gaps in governance and ensure consistency.

Data-Driven Insights: Centralize and analyze recruitment data, maintaining dashboards and delivering actionable insights on staffing, turnover, and headcount planning to support leadership decision-making.

Team Support and Collaboration: Provide operational support, communicate updates, and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals by coordinating with HR, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.

Ensuring Compliance: Work with Legal and People Operations to ensure recruitment practices adhere to local labor laws, company policies, and compliance requirements, including EEO, GDPR, and PEO regulations.
