Reporting to the Head of Program Management – APAC Mobility, the Program Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, business initiatives and customer implementations across the APAC Mobility portfolio.
This role combines strong program delivery discipline with strategic stakeholder leadership, ensuring initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time, and with a high-quality stakeholder experience that supports long-term growth and retention.
You will operate cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service to translate business and customer requirements into executable delivery plans, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear, confident communication to stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project DeliveryLead the delivery of multiple concurrent programs and projects, applying appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and measurable business outcomes.
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
Oversee project execution to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to budget expectations.
Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes.
Establish and facilitate governance structures, including steering committees and executive reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver, configure, integrate, and launch customer and business solutions.
Ensure delivery aligns with contractual commitments, customer success criteria, and strategic objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and senior leadership.
Act as the primary point of accountability for program communication and stakeholder alignment.
Provide clear, structured, and audience-appropriate updates, including executive-level reporting.
Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve escalations, and drive timely decision-making.
Partner closely with Sales to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales through to delivery.
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure effective transition from onboarding to steady-state operations.
Drive continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, onboarding models, and program governance standards.
Identify and implement opportunities to optimise delivery efficiency, reduce friction, and enhance customer experience.
Capture lessons learned and institutionalise best practices across the program management function.
Contribute to the maturity and scalability of the APAC program delivery capability.
Demonstrated experience delivering complex programs in a Program or Senior Project Manager role.
Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid).
Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and competing priorities.
Advanced risk, issue, and dependency management capability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on outcomes and value delivery.
Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technical and business initiatives.
Strong customer focus with the ability to balance commercial and delivery outcomes.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into structured, actionable delivery plans.
Confidence engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and workshop leadership skills.

Calm, structured, and solutions-oriented approach to managing challenges and escalations.
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, AgilePM, or equivalent).
Experience in SaaS, technology, financial services, mobility, or enterprise environments.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira or similar project tracking platforms.
