Verantwortlichkeiten

• Selbstständige Vorbereitung der Produktion (z. B. Herstellung von Nährmedien)

• Durchführung der Produktion (z. B. biotechnologische Gewinnung von Materialien)

• Produktionsnachbereitung (u. a. Konfektionieren, Verpacken, Etikettieren der Produkte, Reinigen der Produktionsanlagen)

• Gewährleistung reibungsloser Abläufe durch termin- und qualitätsgerechte Vorbereitung der Produktionsmittel

• Eigenständige Durchführung visueller Qualitätskontrollen

Anforderungen

• Idealerweise abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als

• • Biologisch-technische/r Assistent/in,

  • Lebensmitteltechniker/in

  • Chemisch-technische/r Assistent/in,

  • bzw. entsprechende Berufserfahrung oder Weiterbildung

• Erfahrungen mit Arbeiten unter hohen Hygieneanforderungen und im Reinraum

• Erfahrungen im Umgang mit dem Bedienen von Maschinen

• Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt sowie Genauigkeit

• Eigeninitiative und Lernbereitschaft

• Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
