We are looking for a motivated Production Support Developer with strong Java/J2EE skills to support and enhance our production systems. The role focuses on ensuring system stability, performance, and availability through effective monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation.

- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 1:00 AM IST
- Domain: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis
- Monitor application performance and ensure high availability using AIOps tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system bottlenecks
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for monitoring and maintenance
- Document system processes and operational procedures

Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech./MCA/Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
- 1+ years of experience in Java/J2EE and production support
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or DataDog
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
- Proven solid problem-solving and communication skills
