This is a remote position.
• Monthly contractor rate: PHP 55,000–65,000
• 100% work from home
• Standard Philippine business hours, Monday–Friday
• Ongoing contractor engagement with an established international media company
You'll be the person keeping an entire content release pipeline on schedule — coordinating multiple titles at once across three parallel production tracks, confirming deliveries from external studio and vendor partners, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks before its release date.
This is suited to someone who can run the day-to-day of a busy production office without needing to be told what's next — someone who spots a scheduling inconsistency before it becomes a missed deadline, and who's comfortable sending the message, email or Slack follow-up needed to keep things moving.
You'll build genuine project-management and vendor-relations experience, working directly with international partners on real deliverables with real deadlines. You'll also have the opportunity to train and onboard incoming production team members as the team grows, including guided shadow shifts and walkthroughs of tools and processes.
What you'll do
• Run daily production priorities across the team and follow up to confirm work actually gets done
• Monitor and respond to the shared production inbox — studio requests, missing files, escalations
• Keep the Main, Art and Authoring schedules accurate day to day, catching and correcting inconsistencies before they become problems
• Coordinate the monthly delivery cycle — verifying studio folders, confirming naming and file-count standards, and moving finished work into the delivery directory
• Check incoming content against the schedule, correct details as needed, and log new releases into the internal database
• Communicate directly with studio and vendor partners on outstanding issues, escalating to leadership when it's the right call
• Keep schedules and boards current after every check-in
• Plan ahead across upcoming release months so schedules, files and outstanding requirements are identified before they become urgent
• Train and onboard new team members, including shadow shifts and walkthroughs of tools and processes
• Manage server storage and file organisation to keep the team's workspace running smoothly
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in project/production coordination or operations support
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides)
• Excellent written English — comfortable drafting clear, professional correspondence with external partners
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines at once, often across several release cycles simultaneously
• Confidence working independently with minimal oversight once trained
• Comfortable communicating proactively via Slack, including daily check-ins and early flagging of issues
• A reliable, dedicated home workspace with stable high-speed internet, and the ability to troubleshoot your own connectivity/device issues
Preferred
• Proficiency with Monday.com for project and content status tracking
• Proficiency with Smartsheet for multi-track schedule management
• Prior experience with FTP file transfer tools
• Experience training or mentoring junior team members
• Familiarity with content licensing/distribution workflows (DVD, VOD, broadcast/cable)
• Experience working in an offshore BPO arrangement or on a distributed, cross-time-zone team
Benefits
• Monthly contractor rate: PHP 55,000–65,000
• 100% work from home
• Standard Philippine business hours, Monday–Friday
• Annual contractor rate and performance review
• Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development
• Regular staff events and team activities
• Direct exposure to international media and entertainment clients and business practices
If you've run a busy production schedule before, know how to keep several moving parts on track without dropping any of them, and are comfortable working independently in a remote international team, we'd like to hear from you.
