Overview
At Mastercard, the Customer Solutions Centre (CSC) drives how we deliver capabilities to both internal and external customers. Supported by a team of technical architects and product experts, the CSC shapes our offerings across loyalty, safety, security, open data, digital, and multi-rail capabilities—meeting today’s needs while preparing for the future.
We are seeking a Senior Product Solutions Analyst (Pay by Account) to help define product strategy and lead go-to-market efforts for Mastercard’s Account-to-Account consumer payment solutions: Pay by Account and Real-Time Payments. These innovative solutions leverage Mastercard’s card and account-based technologies, enabling use cases like retail, bill, and business payments.

Role Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director – Pay by Account, CSC, you will:
- Support the development and execution of Account-to-Account payment solutions strategy, go-to-market activities, and commercialization efforts.
- Manage the successful deployment and delivery of Mastercard products and services across multiple clients.
- Oversee customer-level product and service management, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with Customer Segment teams, Customer Delivery, Finance, Product Teams, and Data & Services to drive outcomes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure the successful completion of delivery projects across multiple clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee seamless delivery of solutions.
- Manage projects according to success metrics agreed upon with the client and Mastercard, applying CSC best practices and methodologies.
- Create outstanding experiences for customers, strengthening Mastercard brand preference.
- Provide subject matter expertise during client engagements, including pre-launch and sales activities.
- Lead client kick-off meetings and facilitate project discussions (including travel, where needed).
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with client and partner organizations to drive project success.
- Manage strategic delivery efforts, including first-time deployments of new products and technologies.
- Capture and apply lessons learned from previous implementations to optimize future deployments.

- Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams to build and launch high-quality product features.
- Analytical skills to measure performance metrics and drive post-launch optimizations.
- Strong organizational skills to manage details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Relevant experience in payments technology or a related industry.
