Seeding Coordinator 

As a Seeding Coordinator for the prestigious L’Oréal Groupe, you will support the execution of impactful seeding campaigns across L’Oréal's 32 beauty brands within divisions such as CPD, LUXE, PPD, or LDB. You will be on the ground support for the executives and managers who are leading the day-to-day communication with influencers, creators, and key social media personalities, ensuring that the right products reach the right people to drive brand visibility, credibility, and consumer engagement. You’ll work closely with your team to enhance brand presence through social media and influencer partnerships, contributing to the success and resonance of each campaign. 

You will work to support our cross-functional teams, including the CDMO, Brand and Division teams at L’Oréal to execute product seeding programs that generate authentic advocacy for L'Oréal’s beauty brands and drive SEEDING AT SCALE. 

  • Coordinate product seeding strategies to support brand campaigns, new product launches, and ongoing brand initiatives across L'Oréal’s 32 beauty brands across 4 divisions – CPD, LUXE, PPD, LDB. 
  • Ensure that seeding programs are aligned with brand goals and deliver maximum visibility and impact on social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). 
  • Assist in Identifying and coordinating with influencers, creators, and industry tastemakers to ensure product seeding is targeted and impactful. 
  • Support all outreach efforts, communications, and follow-ups with influencers and creators.  
  • Support in reviewing platform applications to ensure those who are accepted meet the minimum benchmarks. 
  • Collaborate with the team on content ideas and support the production of compelling content across social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging. 
  • Assist in Identifying emerging creators and trends that could be leveraged for seeding campaigns.  

What You'll Bring

  • You should have a passion for social media and influencer marketing, along with a basic knowledge of social platforms and the influencer landscape. 
  • You will communicate clearly and provide regular updates to your manager. 
  • When assisting on campaigns, you’ll be responsible for understanding all requirements and providing accurate feedback. 
  • You will attend internal status calls for the campaigns you're working on and external calls to take notes and report next steps. 
  • You will become familiar with reporting templates and technology, and able to extract key learnings from campaign performance. 
  • When needed, you’ll write detailed campaign updates to keep the team informed. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
  • Know how to prioritise – You will be working with multiple contacts across multiple brands - It's important that you manage your priorities and seek guidance from your Executive and Manager as required.
