How you'll make an impact:

The Product Owner is the voice of the customer between the Product team and the Engineering team, focusing primarily on the technical feasibility of the business requirements. This role bridges the gap between business requirements and technical execution and ensures that solutions deliver intelligent, value-adding capabilities to customers and partners.

The role is a champion for the processes that we use to deliver product enhancements to our customers, with a clear focus on the Product Owner responsibilities. The Product Owner is responsible for creating plans for delivering on product strategies, prioritising development work, and actively adapting to any changes in priorities or market needs.

The Product Owner engages with the customers, product managers, user experience designers, scrum teams and multiple stakeholders to execute on product strategies.

What you'll do:

  • Translate product strategy into clear, actionable requirements and an ordered backlog for engineering teams
  • Own and continuously refine the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements to maximize customer and business value
  • Partner with Product Managers and UX through discovery, prototyping, and customer validation to shape high-impact solutions
  • Act as the voice of the customer for your scrum team, ensuring requirements are well-defined, understood, and aligned to outcomes
  • Participate actively in sprint ceremonies, provide clarifications, review deliverables, and support user acceptance testing
  • Monitor delivery progress, manage risks, and communicate status and timelines to stakeholders
  • Ensure features are correctly scoped, quality-tested, documented, and ready for successful release
  • Support go-to-market efforts, including internal enablement (Sales, Support, Onboarding) and launch readiness activities
  • Drive continuous improvement within the scrum team to enhance quality, efficiency, and collaboration
  • Contribute to a strong culture of transparency, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration across Cin7

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience as a product Owner or similar role
  • Previous software business analysis experience with SaaS-based products required
  • 1-2 years working in SaaS product owner management
  • Ability to quickly come up to speed with a complex industry and wide feature set
  • Ability to operate calmly in fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Background in Agile product development
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to analyze customer and team feedback to develop strategies and plans to deliver customer outcomes
  • Ability to think critically, analytically, and practically
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Intermediate to Strong Generative AI literacy skills & Prompting ability
  • Experience with telemetry tools such as Grafana traces and App Insights (bonus)
