Working Hours: 40 hours per week – 9am to 6pm, Mon-Fri (Hybrid)

Holidays: 29 days holidays (increases to 31 days after 1 calender year service) including bank holidays.

Mission: The primary mission of the UK Mobile App Product Owner is to consistently provide the best user experience by focusing on two essential aspects: sustainably increasing app usage and simplifying services to reduce interactions with customer-facing services (Customer Service, Planning, etc.).

Based on predefined vision and objectives, you will identify areas for improvement and propose, in collaboration with business teams and countries (France in particular), the best possible options to consistently deliver significant, customer-oriented, and ROI-driven improvements. The main application is "My Verisure," but the scope could soon expand to other applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver features with high quality and within the planned timeline
  • Coordinate and manage the roadmap with UK/FR business and design teams
  • Write user stories
  • Brief and collaborate with the other FR POs 
  • Plan, break down, and prioritize functional and technical user stories in line with business challenges and initial timing.
  • Prepare GoToMarket for new features.
  • Lead the daily activities of designers/developers and monitor work progress.
  • Perform functional testing and lead QA tests.
  • Ensure quantitative/qualitative follow-up of new features.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Define and track performance indicators.
  • Regularly establish and communicate reports demonstrating usage and self-care developments.
  • Monitor the quantitative/qualitative impact of the app in general and new features in particular with various customer-facing teams.
  • Identify necessary app improvements and highlight risks.
  • Prepare and lead regular follow-up meetings and update associated materials.
  • Actively contribute to cross-functional synchronization points with other teams and key meetings (Steering Committee, Prio meetings, PI Planning, etc.).
  • Communicate effectively and with leadership.

Communication and Promotion:

  • Ensure the communication/promotion of new features.
  • Ensure processes are created/validated/tested before launches.
  • Monitor the proper adoption/mastery of each process.
  • Oversee versioning and deployment on the App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Develop digital culture within the company.

Ideal Candidate:

  • You are an expert in the overall management of B2C Mobile Applications.
  • You work in an agile methodology to coordinate teams and ensure feature delivery.
  • You can work with various teams (marketing, IT, customer service) and align app objectives with those of the company and countries.
  • You have a good understanding of user experience to continuously improve the app and meet user needs.
  • You can evaluate the impact of new features and optimize app performance.
  • Proficiency in Spanish &/o French is a plus.
  • You are proficient with analytical tools (BI, stores, Office Suite).
