About the role
We’re seeking a Product Owner – Rewards to support the vision and strategy set by the Product & Experience Manager, leading the delivery of a best-in-class Rewards experience for Linkt Up members.
Join our innovative team in a hands-on product leadership role that encompasses roadmap development, product backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll be responsible for translating customer and business needs into clear priorities while working closely with squads to bring the Rewards program to life across digital channels and supporting core platforms.
As our Product Owner – Rewards, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of customer engagement and advocacy. It’s meaningful, challenging, and exciting work.
Day-to-day, you will:
Lead the delivery team, mentoring and providing guidance.
Communicate the vision for the Rewards program and ensure strategic alignment.
Drive agile delivery, leveraging SCRUM methodology to define and prioritise work for the team.
Manage product backlogs, accept completed stories based on documented acceptance criteria, and oversee business readiness.
Track and communicate benefits and business impacts of new features and service enhancements.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to align the roadmap with strategic objectives and KPIs.
Gather requirements from key business stakeholders to deliver solutions that align with the Customer strategy.
Work closely with business analysts, developers, and designers to produce accessible and user-friendly solutions.
Support the delivery team in prioritising features, putting customer needs first while considering business requirements.
Facilitate ideation, discovery, and agile ceremonies to ensure a continuous improvement cycle for the Rewards program.
Stay across customer feedback and sentiment to refine platform experiences.
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
Experience in product ownership, particularly within a customer-focused digital environment.
Ability to translate business and customer needs into feature roadmaps and prioritised backlogs.
Strong agile delivery experience, including hands-on exposure to SCRUM frameworks.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for documentation and backlog management.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-making.
A customer-first mindset, championing the voice of members to drive continuous enhancements.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive delivery in complex digital environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and lateral-thinking abilities.
