As a product owner you will be responsible for leading and defining the vision and roadmap for the employer brand and our people value proposition.  In partnership with business stakeholders and with your squad you will work together to create strong first impressions of CommBank through our employer brand, development of our people value proposition and delivery through the moments that matter.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Development of employer brand product vision and roadmap
  • Development of our people value proposition and messaging framework aligned to CBA brand.
  • Development of an ‘always on’ brand and campaign activations
  • Development of acquisition campaigns for key talent segments
  • Employee advocacy design and delivery
  • Campaign engagement and conversion to application
  • Identification of sponsorship/partnership opportunities and delivery to improve consideration for key talent segments
  • Management of budget and improving ROI

Key experience will include:

  • Strong track record in marketing, in particular acquisition marketing.
  • Employer brand design and delivery
  • You will be passionate about relentlessly improving our employees’ lived experience and will have both a strong delivery orientation, and the demonstrated ability to shape and articulate a compelling vision for the future.
  • You will be able to demonstrate effectiveness in creating clarity, removing complexity, and building alignment and you will have a history of setting ambitious stretch goals, applying good judgement to take smart risks and deliver value.
  • You will have a history of anticipating changing customer needs, ensuring the right initiatives are identified, prioritised, and delivered to achieve outcomes.
