With over $4.3 billion in assets, it actively funds core product development and fosters the growth of asset partners, such as Agora AUSD, Ethena USDe, Ondo USDY, and EigenLayer restaking, enhancing sustainable yield, deep liquidity, and financial utility on the Mantle Network.

This role will focus on creating strategies to increase growing the token awareness, utility, and adoption, while driving engagement across our community and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor market momentum and maintain deep insights into all Mantle news and communications to deliver strategic messaging at the right time, effectively capturing market sentiment.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the Mantle token’s utility and adoption.

  • Work closely with the community management team to engage with token holders and foster loyalty.

  • Develop campaigns to educate users on the benefits and use cases of the Mantle token.

  • Collaborate with exchanges, wallet providers, and other ecosystem partners to increase token visibility and accessibility.

  • Coordinate token-related initiatives with external partners, such as token listings and co-marketing campaigns.

  • Measure the success of marketing campaigns through KPIs such as user engagement, token transaction volume, and adoption rates.

  • Work closely with the product, developer relations, and business development teams to align token marketing strategies with broader company goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in token marketing, crypto marketing, or related roles within the blockchain industry.

  • Strong understanding of tokenomics, DeFi, Web3 ecosystems, and crypto user behavior.

  • Experience managing campaigns with exchanges, wallets, and ecosystem partners.

  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics tools to measure and optimize performance.

  • Exceptional communication, content creation, and presentation skills.

  • Passion for blockchain technology and a deep understanding of its transformative potential.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a token marketing role at a blockchain or crypto-focused company.

  • Familiarity with growth hacking techniques and community-driven marketing approaches.
