Xsolla is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing Team and work on the Fintech suite of products and solutions (Xsolla Pay, Xsolla Wallet, Xsolla Offerwall, Xsolla Gold, Payments). The perfect candidate will have a proven track record of successful B2B marketing campaigns in the fintech and gaming industries with clear metrics to measure the effectiveness of these campaigns. The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will report to the Head of Fintech Product Marketing and work directly with the product teams to build product positioning that resonates with the target audience and develop a go-to-market strategy to drive product growth.


To thrive in this position, the candidate must possess strong communication skills and ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams. The PMM will work across and with several different teams in product, marketing, production, and design, as well as communicate with key stakeholders including business heads, marketing directors and SMEs. At the same time, the candidate is expected to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry and in marketing and be able to identify new opportunities and address challenges with their suite of products and solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct market researches, partner surveys, customer interviews, and competitor researches to make informed decisions about the product positioning and influence the product strategy.
  • Work closely with business heads, SMEs, and product teams to identify the product market fit and build the messaging that resonates with the target audience and differentiates the products and solutions from the competition.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy (B2B) that coincides with product goals and objectives as well as the objectives set by the business.
  • Create strong marketing briefs to be used by the integrated marketing team, production teams, and external marketing agencies in their execution of projects and marketing campaigns.
  • Create various types of content assets, including but not limited to pitch decks, emails, ebooks, blogs, one-pagers, booklets, videos, speaking engagement scripts, landing pages, and more.
  • Launch paid and organic marketing campaigns across multiple channels, measure their effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the campaigns.
  • Develop training materials, educational content, and product demos to help business development, account management, and integration teams grow their product expertise and be successful when communicating with partners.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience (B2B) in the fintech and / or gaming industries;
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, product management, communications, PR, business analytics, or related field.
  • A proven track record of successful B2B marketing campaigns in the fintech / gaming industries with clear metrics to measure the effectiveness of these campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize to meet the deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with G-suite, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and other tools to manage projects across global teams.
  • Ability to track and analyze data and measure the success of the campaigns;
  • Customer-centric mindset to develop marketing strategies that address the needs and pain points of the target audience.
  • Excellent written and strong presentation skills in English (B2 or above).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams.
