We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and drive growth initiatives within the EP product team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and fellow Product Marketing Managers to optimise and enhance the effective use of our product offering. Your focus will be on identifying and scaling strategic product behaviours, refining user journeys and driving core business KPIs to fuel our success.

What you will do

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive GTM plans aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Develop strategies to drive adoption and engagement of strategic product behaviours among users
  • Analyse user data and insights to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer segmentation to inform marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate with regional teams to support high-growth markets and tailor marketing strategies to local needs and preferences
  • Identify market trends, competitive insights and opportunities for expansion
  • Work closely with product management, sales and marketing teams to align and execute marketing initiatives
  • Provide input into product development and roadmap decisions based on market insights and customer feedback
  • Develop compelling messaging, positioning and value propositions for products
  • Collaborate with the content team to create marketing collateral, sales tools and educational resources that effectively communicate product benefits
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in pedagogy and the adoption of technology in education
  • Provide guidance to the marketing team on content creation, campaign planning and execution
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels, effectively representing EP’s value proposition

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing within SaaS, preferably in the ed-tech industry
  • Demonstrated experience with growth models and strategies
  • Proven ability to drive product adoption, engagement and growth through strategic marketing initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and insights for informed decision-making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate complex concepts
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
