Findex is moving from a divisional, product-driven structure to a connected, client-first organisation.
Reporting to our Head of Product and Services, as a Product Manager, you’ll be at the centre of this transformation; challenging legacy product thinking, breaking down silos, and embedding a client-first mindset into how offerings are designed and delivered.
This is not a traditional product role focused purely on features or roadmaps. We’re seeking someone who can redefine what “product” means in a professional services environment, designing offerings around client needs, journeys, and outcomes, not internal structures.
You’ll play a key role in shaping what our products and services should be and ensuring they are designed and delivered with the client at the centre and built to scale.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the evolution from product-led thinking to client-centric service design
- Define and shape products/services based on end-to-end client journeys and needs
- Apply design thinking, CX, and UX principles to reimagine how we deliver value
- Translate strategy into scalable, client-first product and service models
- Partner with digital and technology teams to deliver AI-enabled and tech-driven experiences
- Collaborate with Commercial Excellence (data, segmentation, revenue operations) and Go-To-Market teams
- Build an enterprise-wide view of the product and service portfolio through a client lens
- Deliver early wins that demonstrate the impact of a client-centric approach
About You
You’re a product leader, but more importantly, a transformation driver.
You’ve successfully helped organisations move from product-centric to client/customer-centric models, and know what it takes to embed that change in practice.
You bring:
- Proven experience shifting organisations from product-led to client-centric ways of working
- Strong background in product management, CX, UX, or service design
- Ability to define products/services around end-to-end client journeys
- Experience operating in complex, multi-division organisations
- Strong collaboration across business, commercial, and technology teams
- Exposure to digital, data, or AI-enabled product environments
Financial services experience is beneficial, but not essential - what matters most is your ability to translate client-centric thinking into scalable product strategy and execution.
What’s in It for You
- Lead a high-impact, enterprise-wide transformation with the opportunity to partner with teams spanning Business Performance, Accounting & Tax, Wealth, Audit & Advisory, and more.
- Influence senior stakeholders and strategic direction
- Build and scale a modern, client-centric product approach
