About the Role:
Reporting into the Head of Product, The Product Manager is responsible for creating the strategy and roadmap for products in the BetMaker’s product portfolio. The Product Manager will also lead internal and external teams to realise the product vision by managing the product backlog, defining sprint goals and working with the design and development teams to plan efficient software development sprints. They will contribute to building the best solutions for customers ensuring the right initiatives are delivered at the right time to realise maximum value.

Day-to-day:
- Define and communicate clear product goals, priorities and deliverables to keep teams aligned.
- Lead the day-to-day execution of product initiatives, allocating work and ensuring projects stay on track.
- Build and develop a high-performing team through recruitment, coaching and ongoing support.
- Translate product ideas into clear plans with defined milestones, timelines and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Development, QA and UX/UI teams from concept through to launch.
- Gather, document and manage product requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
- Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency and smooth delivery.
- Monitor progress, manage scope changes and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Use data, market insights and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and improvements.
- Provide regular updates and performance insights to stakeholders and leadership.
- Champion continuous improvement, ensuring high quality delivery and efficient processes.
- Partner with the Head of Product and Product Managers to coordinate product releases.
To be successful in the role:
Success in this role comes from a strong blend of product thinking, technical understanding, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to deliver impactful product outcomes.Here’s what will help you thrive:
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager, with proven involvement in end-to-end product development.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and technical reasoning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and requirements.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also managing tasks independently.
- A passion for developing teams and fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and industry trends.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative and drive outcomes.
- Strong decision-making and analytical capabilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
