About the role?
The Product Manager, Partner Products at Lendi Group plays a pivotal role in bridging technical innovation with commercial strategy to maximise the value of partnerships across our platform. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional relationship management skills to align partner integrations and product offerings with Lendi Group’s strategic objectives. The Partner Product Manager will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless, innovative, and mutually beneficial solutions that drive growth and enhance customer experience.
By combining technical insight, strategic business thinking, and the ability to foster meaningful partnerships, the Partner Product Manager ensures that Lendi Group continues to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that lead the market.
Job Description
- Technical Expertise:
- Overseeing the integration of partner products and services into Lendi’s platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborating with engineering and product teams to define technical requirements and resolve implementation challenges.
- Commercial Acumen:
- Identifying and prioritizing partnership opportunities that align with business goals and drive revenue growth.
- Developing and managing product roadmaps that balance partner capabilities with market demands and customer needs.
- Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, acting as their advocate within Lendi Group while balancing internal priorities.
- Negotiating terms, managing expectations, and ensuring mutual success through ongoing communication and collaboration.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of professionals to deliver on product and partnership objectives effectively.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst type role
- Experience in Home Loans is highly desirable
- Experience in digital customer journeys, either designing, building or managing
- The ability to work closely with Design and Engineering, communicate our priorities, scope projects and deliver on a vision, including experience in tech ready user stories
- Experience in analytics, consumer funnels and complex digital transactions is a bonus
- Results-driven approach focused on delivering incremental value while balancing competing priorities.
- Collaborative, proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across various internal business units.
