Join our team as a mid-level Product Manager on an initial 12 month fixed term contract in our HR Solutions (HRS) team. You will support the HRS product strategy which includes fit2work and eCredential within Equifax. You will be responsible for assisting in developing that strategy to help the HR Solutions business achieve its growth agenda, and identifying, incubating, managing, and scaling a wide range of upstream and downstream partners. You will also contribute to understanding market needs, defining product strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that ultimately grow our market share in this space.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to the development of product and partnership strategies, including roadmaps.

  • Support the drive of identified HRS services into the market.

  • Assist in transforming ideas, business opportunities, partner feedback, and research into a clear, useful, and desirable vision.

  • Help establish partnership governance structures to ensure contractual compliance.

  • Support the onboarding of new partners and vendors, including Oracle setup and contract sign-off.

  • Contribute to building models to demonstrate strategic opportunities, including investment and revenue.

  • Utilize data analytics, research, and user feedback to ensure consistency and quality across end-user features.

  • Identify unchartered target segments across various channels (B2B, B2C, B2B2C).

  • Support the execution of product plans that grow customer engagement, improve customer experience, and drive relevance.

  • Monitor product for defined KPIs to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

What You'll Need

  • 2-5 years of product management or business analyst experience in an enterprise environment

  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and autonomous in complex environment 

  • General understanding of Agile methodologies and/or project management methodologies preferred

  • Proven experience working in a Product Management environment in Technology, Financial Services or Data & Analytics is a plus

  • Demonstrated experience being able to present visually to audiences

  • Proven experience influencing cross functional stakeholders
