Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends through research and data analysis to uncover actionable insights
  • Drive the development of the product segment strategy and roadmap, appraise and prioritise new ideas for the development of products and services
  • Assess competition through analysis and benchmarking to define product features and specifications, and monitoring activity to develop counter-strategies
  • Responsible for the printing and signage product categories new product development and business continuity activities, together with strategic supplier selection and cost minimisation
  • Develop and implement marketing programs to drive product mix improvements to maximise growth and profitability
  • Define and implement product pricing and positioning to grow segment share profitably
  • Define the product messaging and objectives to develop product marketing communications and effective go-to-market plans
  • Work closely with sales leaders to map segments by category to develop product sales strategies
  • Work collaboratively and build strong relationships with global product and marketing teams. Act as the voice of the ANZ business to develop fit-for-market products and innovation roadmaps.
  • Develop the product line strategy during the annual operating and strategic planning process together with business leaders
  • Provide new product sales and demand forecasts, together with regular reports and analysis on portfolio performance and insights
  • Build strong sales enablement tools and compelling value propositions across the portfolio
  • You will need to be able to work remotely and unsupervised, ensuring key metrics are met and projects are completed on time.

  • Regional Graphics Teams in ASEAN, Europe, USA and South Asia
  • Continuous Improvement Team / Planning / Purchasing / Operations Departments
  • All Head Office support functions
  • External Customers & Partners

    Qualifications

    WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, science or related disciplines
    • 6 years+ experience in either product management, product marketing or commercial finance related roles
    • Global or Regional industry, adjacent industry, manufacturing and B2B experience a plus
    • Excellent project management, planning and time management skills
    • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
    • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Strong teamwork, influencing and relationship-building skills, across multiple levels of the organisation
    • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box
    • Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills
