We're looking for a Product Manager - Digital Channels who can shape the future of our offerings across the business and to all of our customers.

Key Qualities We’re Seeking:

  • Strategic Vision: Ability to create clear product roadmaps informed by deep customer and market insights.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Craft messaging that resonates with customers and stakeholders.

  • Collaborative Mindset: Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, developers, and business teams.

  • Technical Expertise: Understanding of relevant technologies in your domain

How will you support our “Why?”

We’re driven by a mission to deliver game-changing and transformational projects that redefine the telco and tech landscape.

  • Focus: A strong understanding of the digital development lifecycle processes that include Ideation, UX/UI design, development, QA, user testing, and measuring the success of features. You'll need to regularly collaborate with designers to create unique features and solve problems through outstanding user experiences.

  • Preferred Background: Service Design, UX/UI, Mobile App, or web experience.

  • You will play a key role with Aussie Broadband's Product team involving:

  • Innovative Projects: Play a key role in delivering small and large-scale transformational initiatives.

  • Collaborative Environment: Work with diverse teams across segments and functional areas.

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Translate pain points into actionable solutions that deliver real value.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics to define metrics, identify trends, and validate concepts.
