The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge of making a difference, and here’s how the Product Manager (Cardiometabolic) role will make an impact:

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the market of each brand managed: competitors, pricing positioning, new launches, strategy, commercial approach, positioning, etc.

  • Elaborate and execute the strategic plan: messages, positioning, materials, and actions.

  • Create commercial campaigns based on market knowledge

  • Manage the digital tools available for each brand (website, social media, etc.)

  • Communicate internal and externally with the plan and be proactive in ways to achieve it

  • Consolidate and improve the performance of existing brands

  • Evaluate and create the business plan if needed of new opportunities to improve the portfolio

  • Manage the media investment with a clear understanding of the different actions

  • Thorough forecasting to make sure there is no stock issue

  • P&L control and tracking

  • Marketing A&P follow-up

  • Creation of creative campaigns making sure the messages are right to achieve the objective

  • Sales team training to make sure the key concepts of the brands are understood

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or any relevant area

  • 2-5 years of experience in managing CVMET products or products related to cardiology, primary care or internal medicine areas.

  • Knowledge of lipid treatments and diabetes will be considered as an advantage.

  • Strong strategic thinker with ability to formulate, develop and execute strategy

  • Experience with project management

  • Experience with people management

  • Experience with media consumer campaigns

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and power point).

  • Familiar with KOL’s management

  • Experience with omnichannel is desirable

  • Advanced English level, both written and spoken.

  • Skillful with processes and tools.

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Problem solving mindset

  • Availability of traveling up to 20% of the time
