Working at Infobip means being part of something truly global. With 75+ offices across six continents, we’re not just building technology — we’re shaping how more than 80% of the world connects and communicates.

As employees, we take pride in contributing to the world’s largest and only full-stack cloud communication platform. But it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it: with curiosity, passion, and a whole lot of collaboration.

If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.

Let’s build what’s next, together.

What this role is all about

As a Product Education Program Manager, you’ll help lead strategic enablement initiatives that empower customers, partners, and internal teams to fully leverage Infobip’s products. You’ll design and manage educational programs, align stakeholders on priorities, and ensure content quality and scalability across global audiences.

This role is highly collaborative and data-driven, requiring strategic thinking, strong program management skills, and the ability to mentor others. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, marketing, customer success, sales and partner teams to create impactful learning experiences that drive adoption and business results.

What you’ll do

  • Design and manage educational programs that enhance onboarding, product understanding, and engagement for customers and partners based on guidance of a Product Education team lead.

  • Collect inputs to create structured, high-quality educational content (training materials, documentation, awareness and adoption campaigns) tailored to diverse audiences.

  • Oversee the full program lifecycle—from planning and development to implementation and evaluation—ensuring alignment with business goals and role of the team.

  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, adoption, and content quality using data-driven insights.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align educational strategies and priorities.

  • Define processes for content creation, launch, and stakeholder responsibilities.

  • Implement innovative approaches and leverage the latest trends in customer and partner education.

  • Mentor team members and act as the go-to expert for enablement programs at the company level.

  • Ensure all content is scalable, relevant, and aligned with Infobip’s brand and messaging.

  • Set enablement standards and lead initiatives that promote quality and continuous development.

  • Collaborate with leadership to measure impact and align programs with company strategy.

What makes you a strong fit

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, product enablement, or educational strategy roles.

  • Proven ability to design and manage complex educational programs, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.

  • Strong understanding of customer and partnership enablement needs, preferably in CPaaS and SaaS industry.

  • Expertise in applying educational tools, formats, and methodologies to design and deliver impactful content.

  • Excellent project management skills, ideally in Agile environments.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for cross-functional collaboration.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using dashboards and metrics to measure impact.

  • Ability to lead by example, mentor and inspire others.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Nice-to-have qualifications

  • Experience in partnership enablement or strategic education programs, for example in higher education.

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and modern educational technologies.

  • Exposure to global programs and multicultural environments.

Why you'll love it here

  • Financial rewards & recognition – A fair compensation aligned with your experience, industry, and market standards, performance-driven bonuses, regular reviews to support your growth and recognize your contributions, and a culture that values your impact

  • Flexible work arrangements – We combine in-person collaboration with remote work and flexible working hours, because great ideas happen everywhere – and not always between 9 and 5

  • ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) – As an Infobip employee, you’ll have the opportunity to share in our company’s success through stock options

  • Work-life balance and Well Being – We offer time off when you need it, special leave days for life’s big moments, and a flexible hybrid work model tailored to local regulations

  • Career mobility – Your career is a journey. With internal mobility, upskilling, and mentorship, we help you shape your path

  • Professional development – Learning never stops. Onboarding, mentorship, and training programs help you grow—no matter where you start

  • International mobility – Ready to take your career global? Explore short- and long-term opportunities in our Hubs worldwide

While some benefits may vary by location, our goal remains the same: to support your growth, well-being, and success – wherever you are.

Diversity drives connection

Infobip is built on diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and talents. We’re proud to be an equal-opportunity employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.

No matter your race, gender, age, background, or identity — if you have the passion and skills to thrive, there’s a place for you here.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, ancestry, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other part of one's identity.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
