Product Designer (UI/UX)

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our growing UX Design team.  The Product Designer role focuses on creating engaging and intuitive user experiences for software applications, with a strong emphasis on UI/UX design. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and deliver high-quality interfaces that meet evolving user needs. Responsibilities may include developing impactful marketing and media collateral to ensure brand consistency across internal and external touchpoints. This position drives visual storytelling for product solutions, enhancing experiences for both customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

UI/UX Design:

  • Design user-centered, engaging, and accessible software interfaces.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, iterate on concepts, and ensure design solutions enhance the user experience.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts to stakeholders and developers.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure precise implementation of design specifications.

Marketing Collateral Design:

  • Develop visually compelling marketing assets that convey product value to diverse audiences, including digital materials, brochures, and presentations.
  • Maintain brand consistency and storytelling across all marketing channels.
  • Create multimedia assets, such as infographics, explainer videos, and visuals, to effectively illustrate product solutions for internal training and customer-facing needs.
  • Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to tailor media content for specific audiences and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • Experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing design and prototyping skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and related software.
  • Experience creating marketing collaterals, with skills in video and photo editing.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
