About the Role

We’re seeking a creative and driven Product Designer who thrives on solving real user problems through thoughtful, end-to-end design. In this role, you will dive deep into research to uncover what really matters and design intuitive, efficient experiences that truly meet user needs.

What You'll Do

  • Discover and define problems using user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
  • Map user journeys, sketch flows, prototype ideas, and develop wireframes focused on customer needs
  • Redesign and translate research findings into intuitive, accessible, and user-centered designs
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define and deliver features, run research cycles, and iterate rapidly across web and mobile platforms
  • Advocate for users and design vision, bringing research insights into product strategy
  • Support development teams with clear design documentation and assets
  • Help evolve and maintain our design system with consistency, scalability, and brand guidelines in mind
  • Champion accessibility and inclusivity throughout your work

Role Requirements

Essential:

  • Experience in a similar role demonstrating user-centered design skills with a focus on shipped physical products
  • Proven end-to-end product design expertise
  • Strong UX skills including user research, ideation, journey mapping, prototyping, and testing
  • An eye for visual design and interaction quality
  • Skilled in modern design tools (Figma preferred)

Desirable:

  • Experience working collaboratively with a broad set of stakeholders, beyond design teams
  • Ability to think strategically, balancing user needs with business outcomes
  • Familiarity with SAP platforms, WordPress, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Core Competencies

  • Proven work experience as a UX/Product Designer with a strong design process and portfolio
  • Deep understanding of product specifications and user psychology
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing ambiguity
  • Strong commitment to safety and workplace health practices
