We are currently seeking a Procurement and Compliance Administrator to support our Product teams with procurement and QA compliance administration.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Managing and responding to inbox queries within a timely manner
Monitor and manage compliance, ensuring relevant updates are actioned
Project administration set up and support
Manage vendor onboarding process and the administration of contract approval process
Support the QA team with APCO process adherence and ensuring all data is up to date
About you:
Deadline driven with the ability to manage your time efficiently
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
An eye for process improvement with an understanding how to minimise business risk
View processes with an analytical lens, providing a high level of attention to detail
Proficiency across the MS office suite
