Job Description

The Business Service Center at Bose Portugal is delivering global business services for all levels of the company with high quality standards.

To join our team, we are currently recruiting a Sourcing Specialist fluent in English. We are looking for a problem-solver to support our Procurement Team based in Lisbon.

You Will

  • Support and manage the execution of sourcing (RFP/RFQ/RFI) and contracting projects

  • Procure high-quality goods and services at favorable terms for the organization

  • Work closely with business stakeholders, suppliers, category managers, Legal and Finance Departments

  • Contract lifecycle management (creation, amendment, termination, renewal, cancellation, etc.)

  • Understand legal and compliance clauses for contract establishment

  • Execute “2 Bids n’ Buy” - Manage bid proposals, negotiate pricing and business terms of purchase

  • Preferred suppliers management (maintain PSL, provide guidance to the business, spend analysis)

  • Responsible for reviewing/processing vendor creation requests

  • Administration of sourcing and contracting projects in Ariba

  • Work collaborative and closely with Category Managers

We Are Looking for People With:

  • 3+ years of procurement experience

  • Detail oriented, professional

  • Adaptability, resilience and proactivity

  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to key stakeholders and senior leaders

  • Ability to follow-up and follow through with multiple tasks

  • Problem solving skills
