You will also conduct studies pertaining to cost control and reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, you will develop and implement plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.

- Contribute to completion of project milestones and organize own work to meet project task deadlines.
- Provide technical knowledge, expertise and evaluation for other support functions.
- Review procedures, process performance data, and solve process problems.
- Support training development and management.
- Monitor and manage the efforts of colleagues to achieve delivery of short-term goals.
- Develop and enhance your communication skills as you may be responsible for supervising others, participating in meetings, and providing presentations to other Pfizer personnel at all levels of the organization.
- Maintain the Commercial Products Laboratory area and equipment in a clean, safe, and functional order in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Support and conduct Environment, Health & Safety and quality based investigations and associated action outcomes, including on time completion.
- Support compliance inspections and audits, metric generation and trending of data. Independently determine and develop the approach to solutions.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated ability to lead people or processes
- Laboratory experience required (testing, data reviewing, or other supporting activities for laboratory operation)
- Basic functional and technical knowledge of the discipline
- Good organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to document clearly and concisely
- Effective written and oral communication
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
Nice-to-Have
- Indirect leadership experience {e.g. testing/team Subject Matter Expert project lead, training lead)
- Demonstrate proficiency in computerized systems, experience and use of Laboratory Information Management System and Quality Tracking System
