As a Private Clients Administrator, you will be providing effective administration support to financial advisers. You will be accountable for providing a high level of service, maintaining accuracy of data and preparing communications within core systems, as well as general administration in order to support the delivery of strategy and a level of service that exceeds client expectations.

  

About the role

As an Administrator within the Perpetual Private business area, you will be responsible for:

  • Day to day administration support to financial advisers and associate advisers. Tasks include preparation of paperwork, mail outs, account maintenance and data integrity in core systems.

  • Process payment requests, including bills/invoices and client directed payments.

  • Promote and build client trust in Perpetual.

  • Assist advisers and associate advisers in the review process by packaging reviews, obtain and collate research reports, updating required compliance fields in core systems.

  • Identify gaps in admin service processes and develop/address as required.

  • Maintain communication channels to ensure client expectations/outcomes are achieved.

  • Maintain knowledge of products/services by attending training and working with advisers and broader Client Operations teams.

  • General administrative duties which include but are not limited to filing, mail distribution, photocopying, scanning documents, retrieval of original documents.

About you

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a Banking & Finance environment, preferably in client.

  • Maintain compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements.

  • Ability to meet deadlines & contribute to strategic objectives.

  • Flexibility to work outside base core hours when required.
