THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a Print Room Associate at our client site in Melbourne CBD, VIC. This role requires the ability to provide an efficient service delivery based in a customer site, while ensuring efficiency, cost consciousness and excellent customer service.

Please note: This is a 12 months Max term, part-time opportunity requiring availability across 5 days per week (5 hours per day). Hours are scheduled on a roster basis between 8:30am and 6:00pm, depending on team coverage requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted on-site advisor, delivering high-quality print and mailroom services while building strong customer relationships and meeting service level standards. 
• Manage end-to-end service delivery, prioritising and coordinating high-volume print and mail requests within tight and changing deadlines. 
• Provide expert advice on efficient, high-quality and cost-effective print, design and distribution solutions, supporting tailored client outcomes. 
• Optimise workflows to maximise productivity, minimise waste in line with best practice benchmarks, and maintain appropriate stock levels of consumables. 
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process, system and service enhancements, leveraging shared services and external vendors where required. 
• Support operational excellence through reporting and analysis of monthly activity, resolving customer issues professionally, and coaching and cross-training team members.

Skills & Qualifications
• Familiarity with print, mail & courier management systems and processes (highly regarded) 
• Demonstrated experience in a service delivery environment with a strong customer service focus
• Advanced PC skills and a high degree of computer literacy
• Ability to manage a self-sufficient digital print and mail operations
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
