The Workflow Crew is responsible for driving the architecture, design, build and governance roadmap across the group for various workflow technologies. This is your opportunity to join an established company where there is a focus on personal and professional development.

As Principal Software Engineer Workflow, you will be responsible for ongoing change and development for the workflow solutions and provide technology oversight to different business units.

As a Principal Systems Engineer in the Workflow Crew, you’ll drive the architecture, design, build and governance roadmap across the Group for various workflow technologies. You’ll also provide technical oversight and leadership across multiple business units and geographies.

Tech skills
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all, but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team:
Workflow platforms (e.g. Pega, Appian, Temporal)
Cloud & Infrastructure as Code
Microservices and cloud-native integration patterns
DevSecOps practices and secure development pipelines
Data architecture and telemetry tooling (e.g. Observe, Obstack, PagerDuty)
Programming languages such as C#, Python, Java is beneficial
Experience with large-scale distributed systems and continuous delivery at enterprise scale
