What you'll do:

Oversee technical designs and solutioning of Workday configuration engineers.
Responsible for overall quality of Workday configuration and production deployments.
Participates in “4 In the Box” meetings to manage work intake for the team.
Stay on top of latest Workday capabilities and implement relevant product improvements as they become available.
Mentor team members and provide thought leadership to solve technical problems.


What you'll bring:

Commanding knowledge of Workday capabilities
7-10 years of Workday configuration experience
Strong Understanding of HR Business Processes and Workflows
Ability to guide and influence team members, solve challenging problems, and anticipate the unexpected
Manage stakeholders and explain complex solutions to non-technical business partners.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...
