A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Principal Domain Engineer reporting to Executive Manager- Reporting Insights and Enablement
A bit about your role
The Principal Domain Engineer is a senior technical leadership role, responsible for guiding and strengthening the organisation’s Data & AI reporting and enablement capabilities. The role focuses on creating secure, scalable, and resilient reporting platforms that support trusted insights and informed decision‑making across the enterprise.
Working closely with delivery, security, and platform teams, the role establishes consistent data engineering standards, enables teams through reusable patterns and automation, and embeds cloud‑first and DevSecOps practices across the full data lifecycle to support sustainable, high‑quality outcomes.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience building automation and data workflows using tools such as Python, Power Platform, and Alteryx, with a strong interest in applying AI to enable scalable, self‑service solutions for business users. They have experience designing and supporting enterprise‑scale data and analytics platforms, with a solid understanding of data modelling, cloud services, automation, and DevSecOps practices.
The role values thoughtful technical leadership, clear documentation, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and senior stakeholders to prioritise work, guide standards, and deliver reliable solutions that create clear business value.
