We are a data-driven, growth-focused financial services firm specialising in personal lending, credit cards, and sales finance solutions distributed via major retail and platform partners. As we scale our Sales Finance business, we are seeking a sharp, commercially oriented Pricing & Analytics Manager to unlock revenue growth through better pricing, insight, and performance management.
In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the design, modelling, and implementation of merchant service fee (MSF) pricing structures across our partner portfolio. You’ll also own key performance analytics for the Sales Finance business, providing visibility and recommendations that directly shape pricing, marketing, and strategic decisions.
In this role, you’ll:
- Design and maintain scalable, governance-friendly MSF pricing frameworks for long-tail and top-tier partners.
- Lead scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and revenue simulations for pricing changes and promotions.
- Develop and manage dashboards to track IF volume, MSF yield, campaign ROI, and partner-level performance.
- Support field teams with pricing tools and performance data to improve negotiations and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product, Strategy, and Finance to ensure pricing changes are approved, implemented, and monitored effectively.
- Analyse trends across partners and product segments to uncover growth opportunities or margin risks.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in pricing, commercial analytics, or strategy roles within financial services, BNPL, lending, or payments.
- Expert in Excel and SQL; experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker preferred.
- Strong understanding of unit economics and financial product pricing structures.
- You instinctively integrate AI into your analytics workflow — from querying datasets to automating reporting, scenario modelling, and surfacing insights faster.
- Detail-oriented with an execution mindset and a strong governance focus.
- Capable of distilling data into compelling commercial recommendations.
