Due to continued growth and expansion, Brandt has an exciting opportunity for a Precision Agriculture Sales Consultant to join our high-performing Sales Team. We have branches based throughout Sunshine, Hastings, Knoxfield, and Ballarat, and the role has flexibility in positioned out of our servicing areas.

About the Role:

As a Precision Technology Specialist, you will be at the forefront of promoting and selling Brandt’s range of Precision Technology products. This is more than just a sales role – you’ll be a trusted advisor, helping our customers maximise productivity and performance through advanced technology. Responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Sales: Promote precision ag solutions tailored to the needs of each customer.
  • Customer Training & Support: Oversee product setup, optimisation, and training to ensure customers get the most out of their technology.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Territory Managers to integrate technology into all customer conversations. Work alongside the Service Department to support growth in the Precision space.
  • Lead Demonstrations: Deliver expert demonstrations highlighting our products' value and capabilities.
  • Account Management: Own the results in your territory and build strong, lasting relationships with your customer base.
  • Flexibility & Ownership: Manage your day-to-day activities with the autonomy to drive your region’s growth.

About You:

We’re looking for a team player with a strong sense of initiative and a genuine passion for customer success. You don’t need to be a seasoned sales professional – we’re willing to invest in training and development for the right person with the right attitude.

  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of your role.
  • A natural ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Interest or exposure to the agricultural industry is helpful, but not essential.
  • The confidence to work independently and manage your priorities.
  • An understanding of the agricultural industry would be advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships is highly valued, though not required.
