We're now looking for a Program Coordinator to help us deliver on this strategic transformation.
Job Description
As PMO Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution and coordination of multiple projects within the One Endeavour (OE) transformation. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget by facilitating communication, tracking progress, and managing governance processes. You will work closely with project teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders to provide administrative and operational support across the program.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track program and project activities, ensuring alignment with milestones and goals
- Provide administrative support to the Head of PMO and Program Director
- Maintain RAIDD registers (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies, Decisions) and program artifacts
- Prepare high-quality program documentation, including meeting agendas, minutes, and reports
- Monitor and escalate risks and issues, supporting mitigation plans
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement by ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams
- Assist with resource tracking, ensuring effective allocation and utilisation
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in program or project coordination, ideally in IT transformation or system migration
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with RAIDD registers and governance processes
- Proficiency in project management tools (PPM, MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) and Google Suite
- Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills
