The Chief Technology Office (CTO) contribute to all aspects of the technology products and services we deliver, from technical strategy and design to coding to deployment to operation. We provide platform capabilities and tooling that is leveraged across all Business Unit Platforms within the Bank to deliver industry-leading software including: CommBank App, Netbank, CommSec, CommBiz and Commbank.com.au

We are a high performing squad of ServiceNow DevOps Engineers who are responsible for building and maintaining of enterprise scale ServiceNow Platform serving multiple capabilities across the bank including ITSM/ITOM, IRM, SecOps, and Employee workflow modules.

Have solid hands-on experience in running operations aligned to SRE/DevOps principles

Are confident in supporting the design and implementation of features, integrations and related automation, promoting the adoption of coding best practices, managing CI/CD processes, and addressing technical debt within the platform

Pride themselves on their in-production support, design, and build of Technology solutions with a passion for staying current with emerging technologies and trends

Are knowledgeable triaging and troubleshooting production incidents, developing fixes, and delivering new features while ensuring compliance with established standards and policies

Are constantly focusing on the bigger picture understanding with ability to adapt quickly, good problem solving and communication skills

Have solid hands-on experience and/or exposure to ServiceNow Product Engineering

Are constantly collaborating with stakeholders and gathering requirements to ensure successful deployments

Working with a sense of urgency by understanding business impacts and with excellent incident management skills
