Job Description

You will partner closely with the Director of Commercial Growth Core and Director of ANZ Sales & APAC Enablement, serving as their trusted right hand across multiple regions and time zones. This role puts you at the centre of strategic operations, where your exceptional organisational skills and sound judgement directly contribute to executive effectiveness and organisational success.

You will manage intricate scheduling across Asia Pacific, coordinate complex international travel arrangements, and represent your executives in critical stakeholder relationships. Your responsibilities span from strategic meeting management and event coordination to confidential information handling and project support. You will exercise independent decision-making authority whilst maintaining seamless communication across all organisational levels. Success in this role means your executives can focus on strategic priorities whilst you ensure operational excellence behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimise executive calendars across Asia Pacific time zones with competing priorities
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements across APAC region
  • Organise team meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items
  • Build and maintain critical relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan and execute events for Commercial Growth Core and ANZ Sales teams
  • Handle sensitive company data and strategic communications with complete discretion
  • Provide administrative support including expense management and document preparation

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting senior executives with multiple leaders and complex calendars
  • Expert-level skills in administrative tasks including travel management and meeting coordination
  • Proven ability to prioritise multiple tasks in rapidly changing, fast-paced environments
  • Experience in multinational organisations with cross-regional teams
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Demonstrated event management experience with attention to detail
