About the role
As a Personal Assistant at Fordham you will work within a professional team, in a dynamic environment, supporting Partners, leaders and the wider team as they seek to provide exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
Diary management and travel requirements.
Monitoring and filtering emails and incoming calls.
Coordination of meetings, training and events.
Preparing and assisting with documentation requirements including reports, presentations and client correspondence.
Preparing meeting agendas and taking and distributing meeting minutes as appropriate.
Processing a variety of finance related requirements including expense reports, credit card reconciliations, Partner timesheets and monthly fee letters.
Assisting with ad hoc tasks and specialised projects as required.
Maintaining a database for marketing purposes.
Providing general support to the wider team and group
About you
Demonstrated experience (ideally 3+ years) working in a personal assistant role or similar, ideally within the financial or professional services industry.
Proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines while working under pressure.
Exceptional time management and organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
A sound level of commercial acumen and the ability to display initiative and confidentiality where appropriate.
A team focused individual with excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
