This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with RSM’s Chief Executive Partner in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and supporting high-level initiatives. If you're a proactive problem-solver who thrives on variety, enjoys working with senior stakeholders, and takes pride in delivering polished, professional support, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
As the Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Managing complex diaries, including scheduling internal and external meetings, room bookings, and sending invitations.
Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
Drafting and formatting professional communications including emails, letters, memos, and PowerPoint presentations.
Supporting marketing activities, including managing the CEP’s LinkedIn presence.
Organising internal and external events.
Handling document management and maintaining accurate records.
Reconciling expenses and managing approval workflows.
Managing communications on behalf of the CEP, including emails, Teams messages, and phone calls.
Performing general administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, filing, and maintaining registers.

About you:
4-6 years in a similar role
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Intermediate with Microsoft Office packages
Completion of Year 12
Certificate in Business Administration is desirable
