We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO for one of our investment products.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Manage the CEO's calendars, including scheduling, prioritisation, and conflict resolution.
  • Prepare and coordinate meetings and follow-ups.
  • Handle incoming communications, highlight priorities, and track responses.
  • Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, and service providers.
  • Manage documents, deadlines, and administrative processes.
  • Handle personal administrative tasks and payments.
  • Organise travel and logistics when needed.
  • Support personal matters such as appointments, orders, and events.
  • Take ownership of routine tasks and resolve them independently.

We expect from you:

  • Fluent in Russian and English.
  • 2+ years as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
  • Experience supporting senior management.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and work independently.
  • close attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Willingness to cover both business and personal tasks.
  • Proactive, reliable, and service-oriented.
  • Able to work in a time zone close to Dubai or Cyprus.

  • Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
  • Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for our merchandise, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
