Reporting to the Operations Manager - Retail Media the Performance Media Specialist will bring exceptional performance media expertise to our expanding retail media team.

You will oversee activities across our owned onsite and self-service platforms as well as paid media extensions, using data and best practice to drive performance

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

  • Monitor our (retail) media customers’ sponsored product, onsite and offsite digital display campaigns.
  • End-to-End management of Social ‘Managed partner ads’ (superseding collaborative advertising for our purposes).
  • Providing recommendations in post campaign analysis (PCAs), applying your understanding of campaign performance and best practice across our client portfolio.
  • Supporting sales team on platform comprehension and new business acquisition, as it relates to supplier onboarding and education, new campaign setup and complex brief responses. 
  • Ensuring channel performance metrics are captured for weekly, monthly reporting \ reviews, post campaign analysis and delivered in the manner appropriate for specified audience. 

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you: 

  • 3+ years hands on experience in a programmatic media landscape. 
  • Hands on experience managing paid social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook.
  • Experience with paid search platforms such as Google Ads, Search Ads 360.
  • Comprehensive understanding of varying digital media buying models such as CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS. 
  • Experience managing and optimising large digital budgets across multiple channels. 
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn new technology platforms.
  • Experience managing feed based campaigns such as dynamic remarketing, Facebook Catalogs etc.
  • Experience in and demonstrable understanding of programmatic campaign setup (both static and video placements) and how to optimise for different objectives brand awareness, conversion, consideration etc).
