- Building scalable campaign frameworks, optimising audience segmentation, and ensuring robust conversion tracking accuracy across all activity.
- Acting as the technical authority on campaign implementation, tracking, and measurement frameworks
- Serving as the subject matter expert on all forms of media technology, ensuring the team leverages tools and data to their fullest potential.
- Translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for marketing and executive stakeholders
- Personally, and managing direct reports, setting up, managing, and continuously optimising media campaigns across paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, remarketing, and other performance-driven digital media channels.
- Defining and executing the overall paid media strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Analysing campaign performance data, generating actionable insights, and implementing optimisations to maximise customer acquisition, revenue growth, and return on investment (ROI).
- Managing hands-on execution across key platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Tik Tok and emerging channels.
- Delivering regular performance reports to senior leadership, including strategic recommendations grounded in data.
- Overseeing the performance marketing budget with a focus on cost efficiency and profit maximisation.
- Running various tests across creative, copy, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages to inform optimisation efforts.
- Using tools such as Google Analytics, looker studio, Tableau, and other data platforms to measure performance and inform ongoing strategy.
- Providing leadership and mentorship to a growing Performance Marketing team, while also being directly responsible for campaign delivery and performance.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to align campaigns with business initiatives and promotional calendars.
- Exploring and testing new platforms, channels, and ad formats to unlock additional growth opportunities.
- Staying abreast of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry innovations to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Working closely with Engineering and Marketing teams to support campaign delivery and ensure operational excellence.
- Implementing and refining tools and processes to streamline campaign management and scale paid media activities.
- Cultivating strong relationships with advertising partners to stay ahead of platform developments and leverage new opportunities.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene
Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
