Are you detail-oriented, data-savvy, and ready to build your career in paid media? At Kogan.com, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Coordinator to build, monitor, and report on paid campaigns across our portfolio of brands, with a primary focus on paid social and supporting work across Google Ads.

This role provides a great foundation to the marketing function and genuine career progression.
In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), including promotional, seasonal, and always-on activity.
- Support campaign activity across CPC channels, including Google Ads search and shopping.
- Implement campaign structures, audiences, and bidding strategies in line with direction from the Performance Marketing Specialists.
- Monitor campaign performance and platform health daily, making day-to-day optimisations and escalating issues early.
- Produce accurate performance reports using tools such as Looker, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager, communicating results and insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Support the Performance Marketing Specialists with analysis, data requests, and A/B test reporting.
- Ensure ad creative is correctly formatted and up to date, working collaboratively with creative, content, and cross-functional teams.
To be successful in this role, you should be:
- Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience in a performance marketing or paid digital role.
- Familiarity with Google Ads or other paid channels is a plus — deep expertise across every platform isn't required.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene
Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
