About the Role 💭
 
We're on the lookout for a dynamic Performance Marketer to support the execution, optimisation, and reporting of paid media campaigns for Quad Lock, primarily on Meta, with exposure to Google Search, TikTok, and other paid channels as required.
 
Collaborating with senior members of the Performance Marketing team, you’ll help drive efficient growth through testing, learning, and ongoing optimisation. This is a great opportunity for someone with media buying experience to deepen their performance marketing skills in a fast-paced, ecommerce-driven environment.

What You'll Do 🎯

  • Support the end-to-end setup and execution of paid media campaigns, primarily on Meta, with exposure to Google Search, TikTok, and other paid channels as required
  • Assist in the ongoing management and optimisation of paid media activity across business-as-usual campaigns and product launches
  • Support the planning, execution, and documentation of performance tests (A/B testing, creative testing, audience testing) to drive continuous improvement
  • Work closely with the Performance Content team to contribute to a clear test–measure–learn feedback loop
  • Assist with performance reporting, pulling insights and learnings to share with the wider team
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, platform updates, and new features across paid media platforms

What You'll Bring 🤝

  • Previous experience in a paid media or Performance Marketing role
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience with Google Search Ads (exposure to TikTok Ads Manager is a plus)
  • Understanding of ecommerce performance metrics (including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and AOV)
  • Experience supporting or managing paid media campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Clear communication skills, with a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Data-driven and analytical, with curiosity for testing, experimentation, and optimisation
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Understands the importance of creative in driving campaign performance, with an eagerness to learn and apply paid social creative best practices
