ABOUT THE ROLE

We're on the lookout for a People Systems Technical Specialist to join our IT team and play a key role in supporting and evolving our Oracle Fusion HCM platform. Acting as the technical expert for our people systems, you'll ensure our HCM environment remains reliable, secure and scalable while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless system integrations and technical solutions. Based on a strong understanding of both business and technical needs, you'll help drive improvements that enhance the experience for our teams globally.  

A key focus of this role will be to support, understand and work effectively across both Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Microsoft-based integration platforms, helping ensure our people systems integrations remain reliable, well-supported and aligned to enterprise standards. You'll work alongside Integration, Technology and People teams to support integration health, assist with troubleshooting complex issues, identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and contribute to the ongoing success of our people systems ecosystem.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE


  • Demonstrated experience supporting and maintaining Oracle Fusion HCM or similar enterprise HR systems.
  • Strong knowledge in system integrations, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
  • Experience providing Level 2/3 technical support, incident management and root cause analysis within a complex technology environment.
  • Knowledge of release management, change management and ITIL-based support practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and passion for identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve system performance and deliver scalable solutions.
