Let’s talk about you
You’re someone who takes the initiative, enjoys figuring things out, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You’re detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable working with both data and people.
A strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset
Great attention to detail and a passion for clean, reliable data
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical users
A collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn
1–2 years’ experience in HR, people systems, or reporting support
Familiarity with Workday or similar platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors)
Experience building reports, troubleshooting system issues, or mapping HR processes
Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, IT, or related fields (preferred but not essential)
We’re especially keen to support internal talent with strong performance and motivation

Supporting configuration, testing, and enhancement of Workday modules
Troubleshooting system issues and resolving support tickets
Collaborating with IT and vendors to deliver system improvements
Investigating and resolving defects using structured problem-solving
Building and maintaining reports and dashboards
Partnering with stakeholders to deliver accurate, actionable insights
Supporting data integrity across platforms
Participating in sprint cycles and project work
Mapping and improving processes for efficiency and scalability
Identifying opportunities for automation and simplification
Creating user guides, training sessions, and reference tools
Supporting change through clear communication and hands-on help
Liaising with vendors for fixes, upgrades, and feature rollouts
