The People Systems Analyst plays a vital role in Endeavour Group’s “Team Services” function, (HR Shared Services) as they are responsible for providing technical expertise and support for SuccessFactors and associated interactions with other Endeavour Group people systems such as UKG Pro, SmartRecruiters, Qualtrics, and Sailpoint.
This People Systems Analyst will play a lead collaborative role, working with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and recommend enhancements and modifications that unlock critical business objectives. This will require attention to detail and out-of-the-box design thinking, ensuring that our people systems are fit for purpose.
This role will also provide important query/issue management support, performing Subject Matter Expertise tier 2 support, working closely with our broader Team Services function, process partners and business users.
Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Keep up to date on product features and releases, recommending enhancements based on available functionality and business needs.
- Administration, maintenance and process execution of SuccessFactors modules (including EC, PMGM, LMS, and Succession), in line with business requirements, enabling key business activities and ensuring optimal system performance and usability.
- Understand people systems best practice and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business and system requirements and identify areas for system and process improvements.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems.
- Develop test scenarios, conduct system testing, and document test results to validate system changes and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and identify and resolve any issues or bugs to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate people system documentation and training material, detailing system configurations, processes, and enhancements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to support teams and end-users regarding system functionality, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within Endeavour’s People stream operating model.
- Partner with our Advisory centre and other tiered resolution teams to provide issue resolution support. Investigate root cause and implement mitigation steps.
- Work closely with other streams within the people team to develop and deliver training programs to enhance user proficiency and adoption.
Qualifications
Now let’s talk about you:
- 2+ years working in People or Technology.
- Experience working in complex matrix organisations, or transformation environments.
- Experience in core HR business practices.
- In depth knowledge of SuccessFactors (EC, LMS, PMGM, Succession, Comp & VP).
- Senior Stakeholder Management and influencing skills, with a track record of partnering and influencing stakeholders.
- Ability to deal with a variety of tasks and ad hoc requests.
- Great communication and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- A willingness to support beyond the confines of this role.
